About the Company: CondAlign is a Norwegian technology company specializing in the development and production of cutting-edge nano-technology materials for the electronic and automotive industries. Our primary focus areas include electrically conductive films for the electronics industry and thermally conductive materials for cooling electronics and batteries in the EV market. Having successfully launched our first commercial product, the E Align100 ACF Anisotropic Conductive Film, in 2023, we are now gearing up for further product commercialization and market expansion. As part of this growth strategy, we are strengthening our sales organization. CondAlign operates mainly on the international stage, with English as the primary working language.
 

Groundbreaking Technology with Global Potential: Our market is global, and we serve a diverse customer base, ranging from major international industry leaders to innovative niche and disruptive startup companies. Our business model involves the sale of CondAlign products produced in-house, contract manufacturing, and technology licensing for specific markets. A crucial aspect of our sales process is the ability to understand the unique customer buying journey, leading to customized contracts for each case.
 

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Generate, follow up, and close business opportunities in our international market.
  • Support contract negotiations and finalization.
  • Assist in the business development activities of the company.
  • Support the marketing activities of the company.
     

Qualifications and Skills:

  • An engineering degree or equivalent, with technical/technological knowledge and understanding.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales, technical sales, or commercial experience.
  • Experience in B2B technology/project sales and business development.
  • Ability to understand customer needs.
  • Proficiency in building strong relationships with customers, navigating complex sales processes, and negotiations while keeping the commercial goal in focus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong collaborative skills.
  • Experience in the material, electronics, and/or automotive industry is a plus.
     

Work Style:

  • Curious about technology, eager to learn.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Self-starter, team player, and goal-oriented.
  • Willing to travel for business activities in EMEA & US, including marketing events and contract negotiations with customers.
     

Interface and Reporting:

  • Close interface with the sales, business development, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the technology and production team.
  • Engage with the management team.
  • This role reports to the VP Sales & Business Development.
